Automotive Industry Management Systems Pty Ltd (AIMS) was formed in 2001 by Automotive Industry and Information Technology professionals.

AIMS develop niche computer software solutions that are specifically designed to assist Financial Controllers in their role within the retail motor dealership environment. Our online software solutions automate the daily processes involved in automotive dealership financial management, therefore, allowing Financial Controllers more time for strategic management and decision making.

AIMS has become the industry standard for Floorplan reconciliation software, and covers every major DMS and Financier combination using custom designed routines that adapt to any dealer reporting requirement.

With Cashflow control being such an important aspect within the Financial Controller’s role, we have also designed:
