| The 'AIMS P/L: Bailment Payout Controller' is a cost effective software solution for
managing the dealership’s cash flow, through close control of outstanding vehicle debtors and floorplan balances.
This program establishes which sold vehicles in the dealership management system (DMS) have outstanding vehicle bailment balances and/or outstanding debtor amounts. There is an option to include in the list of sold vehicles, those which are in a “Delivered” status, though have not yet been processed through accounting, so that up-to-date decisions can be made. Procedures are in place to differentiate multiple car purchase clients (e.g. Fleet and Wholesale) from traditional single purchase ones. The final reports show full details of vehicles with outstanding bailment or debtor balances sorted in ascending date sold sequence, enabling focus on older outstanding issues as well as facilitating the payouts of all sold vehicles. Where used cars are bailed, there is also an option for identifying unbailed vehicles in stock, which can be extremely useful in periods of tight liquidity. The program supports ALL the leading dealership management systems, and is extremely user friendly, requiring no expert knowledge. |
The 'AIMS P/L: Financier Payout Controller' is a similar program to the 'AIMS P/L: Bailment Payout Controller', however, instead of using the
dealership’s G/L, the program uses the financier's stock lists for identifying the bailment amounts to be paid out.

The 'AIMS P/L Floorplan Reconciler' reconciles the floorplan liability accounts in the dealership's G/L to the financier’s stock list, and presents a perfect
financial reconciliation report that balances to the cent in a matter of seconds. The program is very simple to use, and requires no expert knowledge, therefore, leaving
